Accepted papers will be published in the IEEE VTC-Fall 2018 proceedings and will be submitted to the IEEE digital library (IEEE Xplore).

Note that while the maximum page limit for a single paper is 5 pages, up to 2 additional pages are allowed with the purchase of additional page charges ($100 USD per page) at the time of registration prior to final paper upload.

All submitted papers have to follow the IEEE conference paper template that can be downloaded from (http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html). 

 

Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers up to 5 pages of length, using the link:
